For account 3 withdrawal, I submitted the withdrawal application on Monday. When I checked just now, it states "pending". And I also received an SMS asking for my thumbprint.
Does it mean I have to go do thumbprint at nearest KWSP office? Or no need and just wait a few more days?

malaysian simple instruction also hard to understand. 1 more, rather than call directly to epf office and ask, they open tered asking instruction from random strangers not even related to epf
