anyone heard of Sanderling @ Cyberjaya?

the developer is AVALAND - they rebranded themselves from MCT. did a brief google about MCT and seems like they don't really have a good track record of a good reputable developer?

my friend buy lakefront homes project (during MCT). this project beside the PRIMA lakefront homes. quite hassle for claim defect. need to report many times and the defect team need to come several times to repair the same defect.

Eg: water leaking (toilet, parking lot, wall, ceiling ), toilet water slow, wavy wall, tiles, sliding door, crack window, sometimes banjir at the hall way during rain.

maybe they improve after changing the names.

wow - that's very bad.

yeah, that's what i was worried about otherwise the location isn't the worse and the price is affordable.

spoke to the agent, they said last time MCT uses their inhouse contractor that's why the quality all went kaput but under AVALAND (which was bought over by a Philippines developer AYALA LAND), all of the contractors are now out sourced.

they currently have this new project in Subang Town called Amika.

so called agents or SA...

all cannot really trust 100% their words....

just take it with a pinch of salt

Wondering why they called it Sanderling when the two block names should start with E and F like previous four.

they even offer people from lakefront homes to buy the sanderling.
developer will buy their current house (lakefront homes) then owner will buy the sanderling.

Did some research via their annual reports. MCT Bhd was listed in 2015 after a reverse takeover.

Previous owner in 2015 was 33% Ayaland. based on 2023 annual report, ayala land now owns more than 65% after the original owners (tan sri goh and datuk seri tong sold their shares to ayala).

Ayala land is like the sime darby of Philippines. Doubt they would use in house contractors in MY. Good to ask who their main con is before buying.
