I think it is unable to boot because something wrong with the hibernating function.

Use https://www.ventoy.net/en/index.html and any or all of them.

Any Linux distro will do the job for you. If your existing Linux is Debian based, then try Ubuntu Desktop Live.

You can also give Arch Linux a try too.

When I use Ventoy, I'd have a difficulty of choosing syndrome

- Use Ventoy as your LiveUSB making tool.
- Load Linux Live USB sessions on it.

I'd usually load any of the Ubuntu derivatives and/or an OpenSUSE live session.

Then do the work from there.
