Found the banner near Setia Sky Seputeh. Opposite Mid Valley.

dbkl really crazy n hungry for money, that small piece of land got almost 400 unit

Ikr. It’s pretty crazy to see how tight the site is.

Cannot deny that the site is much close to MV compared to EUPE development.

It's all the same bridge which already existed before. What EST8 advertised is covered 'walkway' that links to existing bridge. There is no new bridge that cuts across to MV.

Essentially Setia Sky Seputeh, EST8 and new Jakel project all use the same pedestrian bridge... and this is not a new bridge either

Wah the land is same size as petrol station next door... Anyway condos in this area have very ambitious price tags and don't seem to have very good track record. See Setia Sky took ages to sell. Another one Aetas Seputeh apparently 50% sold at launch, but that one I suspect developer sell to own relatives Anyway if its gonna be same price as subsale landed house downstairs, I rather buy the landed house.

Actually there’s a lot of green area left in Seputeh. Whole mountain untouched between Seputeh and Persiaran Syed Putra side. One day will mega development 😱

Ahhhh i thought so. Their admin post sales is terrible. If you want to sell your unit, gotta wait long long before they reply you.
