Wah the land is same size as petrol station next door... Anyway condos in this area have very ambitious price tags and don't seem to have very good track record. See Setia Sky took ages to sell. Another one Aetas Seputeh apparently 50% sold at launch, but that one I suspect developer sell to own relatives
