Wah the land is same size as petrol station next door... Anyway condos in this area have very ambitious price tags and don't seem to have very good track record. See Setia Sky took ages to sell. Another one Aetas Seputeh apparently 50% sold at launch, but that one I suspect developer sell to own relatives rclxms.gif Anyway if its gonna be same price as subsale landed house downstairs, I rather buy the landed house.

Actually there’s a lot of green area left in Seputeh. Whole mountain untouched between Seputeh and Persiaran Syed Putra side. One day will mega development 😱
