Hello all. I do have one question on the HATA Deposit, as the APP currently does not support direct SPX yet, it requires us to perform Bank Transfer, then upload the transfer slip.
My question is, the APP states that Deposit USD, when I am performing the transfer, it will be in MYR, does that mean that HATA will automatically convert the currency?
OR, when I am doing the transfer, I need to do it in terms of USD? This is where I am not sure how to do it.
Thank you.

Hello all, I wanted to deposit funds in HATA however find out that there is no FPX transfer feature in the app. Instead in the deposit section I am shown the Bank Account Information of HATA, and a place to put my Proof of Transfer.
I would like to ask, if the below process correct: 1. Make bank transfer to HATA account (like any other fund transfer) 2. Save the PDF transfer slip 3. Upload on the HATA app 4. Then the deposit will be made
Another thing that confuses me is the [USD Deposit], the fund transfer is done with the currency of MYR, is there any additional steps? Or HATA app will just be converting the amount of MYR into USD term?
Thank you.

QUOTE(colmi @ Dec 17 2024, 07:23 PM) Strange. There is only one HATA website for Global and Malaysia. Am I missing something? BTW, I am a Luno user. I may want to open a HATA account for diversification. I suppose eKYC is mandatory, just like Luno. Yes eKYC is mandatory. Having enabled HATA Malaysia (on the same platform/APP), can do FPX in MYR.

QUOTE(colmi @ Dec 20 2024, 02:30 PM) That is good news indeed! And I learned that Global and Malaysia platforms have different coin offerings, the Global Platforms coin offerings are more interesting and exciting, so I still need to figure out the USD top-up
