one of the reason i retire from PC and go into console... it's a never ending upgrade. my current PC 9 years already... and usage is lesser and lesser, all replace by smartphone and laptop.

PS console upgrade gen to another gen would last you 5 - 6 years without worry whether can run the game or not, that if you don't chase after normal, slim and pro version. but PC... every year also upgrade, especially processor and GC. 1 powderful GC would cost you RM3k to 4k++, which i can buy PS5 + some extra cash on hand or possible PSVR2.

but after years of milking by sony, i aim for pro version only... game wise, just wait for cheap 2nd hand or PSN sales... no hurry to buy new game on day 1, i wont have time to play everyday anyway.

but 1 thing i wont deny that a powerful processor and GC + high performance ram + PCIe 4.0 NVMe M2 SSD possible to output higher screen resolution + refresh rate, which current gen console failed to achieve.

as an ex-PC master race, i do missing the days i used to play my favorite FPS with mouse and keyboard, especially HALO. but with my shitty GC (nvidia 760 Ti), i have my regret that i still not able to play Halo 2, 3, 4, 5

ya lo... how to compete with 760 Ti? lazy already. imagine lowest setting also cannot play Halo 2. Halo 1 i played 7 times until the most difficult setting also finished liao
