No money to buy whole pc, so Ayam buy mb and RAM first.
Attached Image

Although an older model, but this one has never been opened before.
Attached Image

Basic antenna, m.2 screws, cable label stickers, 1 sata cable, and hand guides.
Attached Image

Main reason I choose this mb is because of the chipset heatsink. Big and thick.
Attached Image

The regulator heatsink also very impressive, not some cheap plastic cover.
Attached Image

Not going to overclock, so the 2*4+4 auxiliary power seems excessive for a 65w tdp cpu that I'm gonna install.
Attached Image

Although I don't plan to use m.2, but I'm glad that the 2nd slot is not directly behind gpu.
Attached Image

6 fan ports including cpu, but I'm not going to install casing fans at all.
Attached Image

Standard 2*usb2.0, 1 usb3.0/3.2, 1type c.
Attached Image

4*sata, think I'm going to buy 1 4tb SSD.
Attached Image

Slightly better audio.
Attached Image

2argb, but not going to use it.
Attached Image

All heatsinks are screwed in instead of flimsy plastic clips.

The reason I choose this over the mortar wifi II is because it's slightly cheaper with just less 1 m.2 that I'm not going to use anyway.

Damage below 1400

Bought these rams specifically following the qvl, so no compatibility issue at all.

Copilot
The MSI MAG B760M MORTAR WIFI II is an updated version of the original B760M MORTAR WIFI motherboard. Here are some key differences:

Support for Latest Processors: The B760M MORTAR WIFI II supports Intel® 14th/13th/12th Gen processors, while the original may not support the latest generations1.
Memory Compatibility: The B760M MORTAR WIFI II supports DDR5 memory up to 7800+ (OC) MHz, which is higher than the original version1.
Power Design: It features a 12+1+1 Duet Rail Power System with 75A SPS, providing a robust power delivery for high-performance CPUs1.
PCIe 5.0 Slot: The newer version includes a PCIe 5.0 slot, offering higher bandwidth for the latest GPUs and SSDs1.
Thermal Solutions: The B760M MORTAR WIFI II comes with an extended heatsink design, M.2 Shield Frozr, and higher quality thermal pads for better cooling performance1.
These enhancements make the B760M MORTAR WIFI II a more future-proof option, especially if you’re planning to use the latest hardware components. For detailed specifications, it’s always best to check the manufacturer’s official product pages or user manuals

My current 4770 build is mainly 2nd hand also,. Back then don't have worries of buying mining parts.

Bro... why made such big mistake??????
PC hardware only get outdated and cheaper (same model)
But your money can grow little by little..

Example :

Buy RM1000 gold in march, now already RM1150.

BUY PC not PARTS

You buy mobo alone can do what other than collecting dust?

As long as the parts are IMCOMPLETE

You actually can DO NOTHING. but money still spent.

Save the money somewhere. when got enough, buy A FUNCTIONAL PC in 1 go

i see.

now i have
1 2TB nvme collect dust.
1 2TB sata ssd collect dust.

reason why not buy full functional pc yet, waiting for zen5 & rtx5060ti for SFF.
the money already spent, no regret rclxm9.gif

2023 gold roi is 4.09%. Slightly better than kdi saving. I put it in kdi instead for easier withdrawal and no fees.
