not for me.
a pure cs43131 codec (this is pretty much apple cirrus logic codec supporting high sampling rate) obviously sound worse than cs43198/cs43131 with dedicated amp chip. its not even close.
and thats not the best dongle can offer, there are r2r dac and dongle with discrete amp like aune yuki

Wireless for me is all about convenience and ANC. Sound quality is secondary but most wireless earphone are quite good already.

Serious listening I rather enjoy speakers or full sized headphone.

Actually it’s my endgame for iem already…and I have iem and music player that cost way more than that. Big mistake there.

Seamless integration and great user experience.

I used to buy cheaper bt earphones and spend 5 mins fiddling with them and end up just using my earphones less.

Wired > Bluetooth in term of sound quality and latency.

I noticed something with AirPods Pro and AirPods Pro 2.
After a couple of years of usage, their tuning will go haywire and sound like crap (persistent high pitch sound, much more limited dynamic range).

Try comparing a new unit of APP and your old APP.

To be fair, not every wired earphones sounds good, AirPods definitely sounds better than some wired ones.

But this apple usbc EarPods just sounds better, for the price it’s a steal. U have to try it to believe it! 😂

Ultimately wired will be better, Bluetooth technology is not perfect.

True. I was more like comparing apple wireless to their wired since ts talking about EarPod. Last I check their wireless is better than their wired. Their wireless cost like 10x more than their earpod…
And the EarPod is more like the earphone that come bundle when buy Sony budget mp3 player.
Why would ts downgrade from wireless to wired in this case.

Owai you are ts. Go check the frequency response between this two then. It is not everything but no matter what it still has to follow a certain pattern like having higher sub bass at the very least which the EarPod lacks

for video call, Apple Earpod is good....try avoid Extra BASS, not good for speaking and listening human talking...

yea...i also don't understand his logic...another problem is the TWS earphone that he bought usually have lesser battery hour (about 2h); so he have to use one side, then change another side.

All earphone have limited lifespan. Those small things are very brittle. Now with china parts from unknown companies and their qc, even worse. Don’t expect last more than 2 years of use daily. Only thing that last decade is speaker.

I've been using the new Sony Inzone Buds for 3 mths and I definitely recommend them. Incredible sound quality (better than my previous Arctis Nova 7 wireless headset imo), very comfortable, 12 hr battery life so if u just keep in charging case next to PC after finish using, basically will never run out of battery, wireless 2.4GHz dongle connection so zero latency. Can use with PC, mobile and PS5, just have to switch mode on the dongle. Has 360 degree surround sound and inbuilt mic, from reviews I've seen the mic is very good though I personally never use it. My best purchase of the year so far. Can confirm that wireless technology has officially caught up to wired when it comes to sound quality.

it is depends on your ear shape and ear lobe

no issue so far, the most comfortable ear piece i ever wear.

i can wear whole day without taking out

are you able to insert the front part into the ear? or just leave it naturally outside?

just leave naturally, i think that's how ear pod suppose to be right ?

comfortable to wear and volume level 60% very loud already.

really enjoy listening to Audiophile Woman playlist in Spotify....

the clarity is amazing...

only downside is quite inconvienient when moving around, outside i ususally prefer the airpod
