AirPods pro better than apple wired.
If budget then chifi is best.
Truthear zero red and apple dongle for a start.
Actually it’s my endgame for iem already…and I have iem and music player that cost way more than that. Big mistake there.

You can’t say it like that. Wireless from established company sure better than the wired iem you diy yourself with no research…

Also take xm4 as example, wired mode is not good compared to its wireless. All about the engineering.

True. I was more like comparing apple wireless to their wired since ts talking about EarPod. Last I check their wireless is better than their wired. Their wireless cost like 10x more than their earpod…
And the EarPod is more like the earphone that come bundle when buy Sony budget mp3 player.
Why would ts downgrade from wireless to wired in this case.

Owai you are ts. Go check the frequency response between this two then. It is not everything but no matter what it still has to follow a certain pattern like having higher sub bass at the very least which the EarPod lacks

All earphone have limited lifespan. Those small things are very brittle. Now with china parts from unknown companies and their qc, even worse. Don’t expect last more than 2 years of use daily. Only thing that last decade is speaker.
