What do you mean? And which access road?

Its on the news yesterday. Hannah Yeoh was quoted saying the below:

She said City Hall's Civil Engineering Department has identified several missing infrastructure links, with some projects in progress and others awaiting budget approval.

"We are pushing for the completion of the missing link connecting Jalan Desa Kiara to the Penchala Link, as this will offer residents an alternative route to exit Mont Kiara and Hartamas," she added.

It’s worth it if you like this place for own stay. Plus there will be a plan to have a new route (coming in and exit) from Penchala Link to Jalan Desa Kiara 7. It may take few more years to be developed.

Always think of an exit strategy. Can u sell this unit given only Malay buyers can buy it?

From my experiences...

Even Malays won't buy this kind of projects...

Because cannot be sold to others... And valuation is sure at lower end....

Looking at the map and realising how strategic it is, coupled with the potential catalyst of link between Jalan Desa Kiara to Jalan Penchala, surprised that this project garner such lukewarm reception.

Lol, did you guys gauge the project’s salability just based on the forum responses? FYI, it’s already 89% sold.

Developer is launching another development, Kysa next to this land. Malay reserved as well.

Not bad 👍

Normally even Malay won't buy this kind of land type....

But probably because of location is hard to resist....

Yeah perhaps due to location. I know some ppl staying at Serene Mont Kiara. Takes longgg time to get a buyer due to sales restriction (i.e., can sell to Malay only).

Ahh, glad to see already close to 90% sold. Though a bit slow compared to comparable affordable housing projects in other prime areas.

Perhaps it could be because it's restricted to one ethnicity only.

Nevertheless, good buys for the all the buyers!
