PPAM Sofiyya does not dilute the prestige of Desa ParkCity. The buyers it attracts are generally high-income and well-to-do civil servants. In fact, the reputation of DPC itself naturally filters out prospects who may not find the township a suitable fit. That case study would applies well to these two PPAMs in Mont Kiara as well.

There’s no need for malicious speculation.

Furthermore, the Segambut MP is well loved across all communities regardless of races and religion, which further renders your assumption null.

Our demographics of population profile would be drastically changed probably around 10 to 20 years....

So just need to accept facts...

PPAM development is not the only factor would dilute the areas voter profile....

Segambut, heck even Cheras or Kepong would be changed later on....

Access road to Penchala coming soon will change the situation…
