Think this will be my first and last time sending my car here to service.

LEXIS SG BESI Service Center.

The only benefit having service here is --- LOCATION.

If you are thinking of spending time here to do some work to wait for your car. Please choose other location. Don't waste your time here.

The worst service center I experience for such a branded car.

1)The food served here was the worst I ever had compared to all continental car service center (Merc, BMW and Volvo).
- Food: Only serve Cup noodle (due to raining, no delivery of nasi lemak).
- The cappuccino served with big bubble on top (even mamak shop make better coffee)

2) The environment is not user friendly for waiting.
- Only 2 walls plug to for the whole waiting area. If you plan to do your work, please ignore this center.

(Even Toyota and Honda service center cares for their service customer and provide more quality environment).

As the owner of such brand, I really feel sad for the service center.

For Lexus owner, advise is to Mutiara Damansara Lexus Service Center.

** Add on, the tea lady seems not in the good mood today (bit scary)

Seem I am not the only person complaining but still no improvement so "Management dont give a Sxxx on this". Putting in this post is just let the public aware so will not be the next victim.

Lexus is normally owner to drive unlike Merc and BMW need drive. Lexus is famous for its comfortable as a driver.

Location I mean for those staying in Klang Valley, Sg Besi is nearest. Driving down to Mutiara Damansara is bit pain during the traffic hours.

My next service will sure to Mutiara Damansara.

If your Lexus was bought in Lexus Malaysia which comes with the 5 years warranty, you need to back to Lexus service center and service your car as per schedule for the warranty purpose.

If your Lexus does not have any warranty, can go any service center to service. Toyota and Lexus are 2 different brand.

Yes, they do offer for 6 time free pick up (if not mistake on the number) for new car.

My case is, I need to rush for next appointment tats y I drive there, and hope is able to work (but environment is bad and disappointed).

Hope this will make the management aware of their customer problem and improve it to become a proper 4S Service Center for Lexus.

Yes, Lexus is a reliable brand that's why i got it.

RX500h is consider high spec but 6 speed gear box (which is >10 years old) so I gave up on this.

I am not sure on this now (I ask them before MCO, they say no), you can call Lexus to check it out
