Think this will be my first and last time sending my car here to service.

LEXIS SG BESI Service Center.

The only benefit having service here is --- LOCATION.

If you are thinking of spending time here to do some work to wait for your car. Please choose other location. Don't waste your time here.

The worst service center I experience for such a branded car.

1)The food served here was the worst I ever had compared to all continental car service center (Merc, BMW and Volvo).
- Food: Only serve Cup noodle (due to raining, no delivery of nasi lemak).
- The cappuccino served with big bubble on top (even mamak shop make better coffee)

2) The environment is not user friendly for waiting.
- Only 2 walls plug to for the whole waiting area. If you plan to do your work, please ignore this center.

(Even Toyota and Honda service center cares for their service customer and provide more quality environment).

As the owner of such brand, I really feel sad for the service center.

For Lexus owner, advise is to Mutiara Damansara Lexus Service Center.

** Add on, the tea lady seems not in the good mood today (bit scary)

why you don't go and discuss with their management and wing hin. you see how many lexus scs in malaysia that means they no give fark about you

Seem I am not the only person complaining but still no improvement so "Management dont give a Sxxx on this". Putting in this post is just let the public aware so will not be the next victim.

Lexus is normally owner to drive unlike Merc and BMW need drive. Lexus is famous for its comfortable as a driver.

I know a few taukeh besar that have drivers for their Lexus. Ditto for Mercedes.

Most BMW is driven by owners

But I won't generalized.

Anyway, if you read between the lines, my comment is meant as a joke.

Since the reported quality of this service centre is subpar, I am merely jokingly said perhaps this service center only see drivers coming in , so they don't bother with giving top notch facility and refreshments, etc.

The location is not benefitting as a hangout place for Lexus owners ? Lexus mutiara damansara will at least have IPC, the curve, Ikea, Lotus nearby.. Sg Besi one got what? South gate is the only if I recall, I used to send my Peugeot for service nearby but the place is really not happening

Sorry, I mis-understood your wordings.

Location I mean for those staying in Klang Valley, Sg Besi is nearest. Driving down to Mutiara Damansara is bit pain during the traffic hours.

My next service will sure to Mutiara Damansara.

just to confirm, Lexus cars have to go to Lexus service centers only? Can toyota's SC service Lexus cars?

If your Lexus was bought in Lexus Malaysia which comes with the 5 years warranty, you need to back to Lexus service center and service your car as per schedule for the warranty purpose.

If your Lexus does not have any warranty, can go any service center to service. Toyota and Lexus are 2 different brand.

haha, a few rich friends went to SG Besi Lexus wants to test drive but didn't wear branded got turn down woh.

I am curious, does Lexus offer pick up to service? Or if you could call your sales advisor to help pick up?

Yes, they do offer for 6 time free pick up (if not mistake on the number) for new car.

My case is, I need to rush for next appointment tats y I drive there, and hope is able to work (but environment is bad and disappointed).

Since this is in F&F - Usually, those SC in more higher range areas (PJ / Damansara / SJ) would be more well maintained based on my observation. Not just Lexus, but also for brands like Volvo / C&C.

well- i was at Damansara for test drive a month ago....
the place looks good, large and tidy, but the vibe is not there...

too quite, SA dont feel motivated.

Lexus still have its fans ( die hard type?) but just not me.

External design +++ (eye catcher)
internal design + ( abit out dated)
internal quality ++
screen- not really my liking+
Power delivery +, yes on paper is powerful, but engine struggle a little when rev up.
not sure if it is the 2.5L turbo, or the 6 speed gear box.... yes 6 speed.
Handling- too soft to my liking

and yes Mark Levinson 21 speakers top notch audio. But this aint really my 1st priority in car selection.
