for college/uni's that subscribed to MS's service, you can get it for free from the link above, not all college/unis do this
for primary/secondary school
if you have a very early @yes.my Frog VLE account, that has a license, but only the really early ones unfortunately the @moe-dl.edu.my one does not come with an office license
I dont think there is any discounted price available for free alternatives, I like OnlyOffice and SoftMaker FreeOffice
