help! how to pay a seller in China from Malaysia.

The seller(Not from Taobao) in China sent me a Qr code (alipay) and asked me to pay. How do I pay them? Touchngo works? Alipay app works?

Save download the qr code into phone. In tng app scan qr from gallery.
