Those who travel to China can top up Alipay using TnG app.

First, install Alipay and verify yourself;
then, set the Alipay version to China (not International);
on homepage, select Merchant Services...

Report the issues to TNG, suggested to snap a picture of the error as most of these countries scan us than we scanning the merchant

TNG prides of promoting something the users cannot use and never put us in their shoes when reporting the problem!!

Better stay in MY if only spending cash.

Ya kah? Maybe they integrated both QR code or your mum only spend at big merchants only, I dunno.
