The best dividend stock in Bursa with track record of more than 10 years consistent growing dividend are low profile company like UCHITEC, HLIND, FPI, LPI, SUNREIT, IGBREIT. All the stock above performed better than MAYBANK over the past 10 years. ichigo kawasaki, immobile, and 4 others liked this post

QUOTE(chinkw1 @ Apr 29 2024, 06:00 PM) sorry late reply i think i missed out this reply notification.register a broker based in SG or any local broker here that offers SGX market. important to look into the fees like clearance, brokerage, forex etc. personally at this current point of time i am increasing my SGX pf. no plans to add into KLSE pf. Am holding only mbb now due to lower buy price (bought at sub rm8) hence high div yield. if DBS were to hit $30 for example, i'll liquidate my entire KLSE pf and shift there. |

Developer - Matrix Concept Bhd - (Cyclical) 5. Industrial - Wellcall Bhd ( Industrial Hose+ Oil & Gas) 6. Consumer - Magni-Tech Bhd ( sport wears + packaging) 7. Pharmaceutical - Apex Healthcare Bhd. Mid capital list (15 Bil ~ 5 Bil market capital). 1. Utility - Gas Malaysia Bhd. 2. Finance - Alliance Bank Bhd. 3. Telco - Time Bhd. 4. Tech - Vitrox Bhd. 5. Tech - Pentamaster Bhd. 6. Consumer - MBMR Bhd ( Perodua exposure) Large capital ( > 15 Bil Market Capital) 1. Utility - Petronas Gas Bhd. 2.
