Cause Singapore banks returns are superior than Maybank. Only bank can match Singapore banks is public bank.

Any good ways or platform to invest in our neighbours?

sorry late reply i think i missed out this reply notification.

register a broker based in SG or any local broker here that offers SGX market. important to look into the fees like clearance, brokerage, forex etc.

personally at this current point of time i am increasing my SGX pf. no plans to add into KLSE pf. Am holding only mbb now due to lower buy price (bought at sub rm8) hence high div yield. if DBS were to hit $30 for example, i'll liquidate my entire KLSE pf and shift there. blush.gif

i have been advocating for them quite long time ago, alongside dancomech as well

but after they sold their data centre their profit visibility on the data centre side became a little more cloudy

hopefully they acquire or discover some new line of business

whereas for danco i am banking on their electrical engineering portion, their jusEV just launched too

I don't hold Malaysian banks. Only counter I have is United plantations. That one if it drops to around 17, I am adding again.

Probably this Chinaman bank is losing its competitiveness due to lack behind in technology.

After the passing of Tan Sri, the is no visionary Captain to command this ship. The investing community already predicted this some time ago.

Do you invest in other plantations stock also?

How do you calculate the RM17 benchmark?

I don't hold any other plantation stock. Why buy lesser quality companies when you can buy the best?

RM17 is my buying price. Yes I have price anchor bias.

Oh, I agree with you! I’m. I am no where nearly as extreme or hardcore as bro Ramjade … although what he says has taught me a lot!

In my case, the bulk of my investments are in Singapore where I am based. I’d imagine a Malaysian resident would do well to have some money parked where he’s staying too.

Since you are based in Sg, why not buy the Sg banks? They pay good dividends also, like DBS. From currency point of view, SGD is stronger and has more upside than MYR. I would invest in SG if I'm you.

Revenue dropping despite negative debt. You can pay dividend if you got money coming in. If your revenue keep dropping eventually need to use savings. Savings drain then what next?
