Walaweh crazy shit 2.5k units in 6++ hectar. Segambut turning to Hong Kong. Plus if it's located somewhere in Segambut Dalam where only one way in and out, the traffic gonna be like hell in the morning and evening.

Wow macam ni pun boleh beli this land. Interesting move from Chin Hin and aggresive since just now also announce in Sri Hartamas also by Chin Hin

The Institut Memandu is till there right? More and more residential projects coming into the area, I think Tan Chong will think twice to maybe revamp the usage of that piece of huge land, JV with other developer instead of producing cars (the sales of the car brands they carry are ridiculously low as well doh.gif )

The Institut Memandu and Tan Chong are still here, but are not in active operation anymore.
will be moving out slowly soon.
