I wonder if they can continue to pay a dividend yield of 12% or a higher yield since they are paying the dividend from non-estate related internally generated fund.

I just read CHGS's prospectus dated 13 December 2011. The outlook of the plantation doesn't seem promising based on what the independent consultant, Elaeis Corp Care has written in its report for inclusion in the Prospectus. I hope the outlook of the plantation will change.
