s22ultra just got that green lightsaber today, 2-3 years of age. Was just casually using and it suddenly appears.
-messaged samsung chat support, they told me to locate a service center to inspect the phone.
-asked them by any chance if samsung covers the replacement, couldn't answer.
-called the service centre few times, nobody attended to.
-went there straight to enquire, they said no free replacement have to pay about close to RM800 for replacement.
smh samsung, paid so much for an s22ultra, at least take the responsibility to own up to your defects. so disappointing, how do you expect people to continue to buy your phones?
Anybody knows of other solution/places where it can be fixed or replaced at a better rate?
