I went for this free screen replacement for my S23 last week but unfortunately I failed the diagnostic test they said my water resistant seal didn't pass. so i decided not to fork rm500+ for screen replacement but had to pay rm27 for the diagnostic. this is really sad for me not only did i not replace my screen, I had to pay rm27 too. I have to live with a screen like this until next year.

Mine and a post above is S23 with this issue. They rejected mine after diagnostic and only after i report to Tribunal they agreed to replace my screen.

Sarawak. As long as they found even your seal is not good anymore or slight lifting at the back they will reject.
