I buy china phone also get green line and worse they won't even take responsibility for it.

Had sent my unit to Samsung Gravitas Penang after walk in and reinquiry F2F.
They accepted it but mentioned it will take 2-3 weeks which I'm fine. Only need to pay rm3X something I also opt to replace the battery ar RM8X something.
Checked the status through repair tracking, it's under ordering part phase.
One thing I clarified with them, in the past for screen replacement, it come with bezel (typically cost around RM1.1k for replacement) but for this replacement, they will only replace the screen. The bezel will reuse back from current phone. Too bad as this phone have some minor scratches and ding. Anyway better than nothing.

They don't have that options. If wanna change bezel need to take bezel and screen package set which does not cover under this program. Cost around RM1100.
Not worth for the phone value.
I mentioned I can get outside bezel, I'm willing to pay additional service charge but they can't do that.
