I went with my parents and sister. First they don’t serve tap water and insist I get bottled water. I don’t mind paying. So I ordered bottled water. But when i asked for the bottled water to be warmed up for my parents, they say they don’t do that. Never went back there again, although the food was decent.

Zero customer orientation.

Even if they sell pizza for 100 but have zero sensitivity to customer needs. That's bad service.

Next time bring own flask. And mug. Don't give them face. Wanna eat must eat comfortably.

Go high end japanese sushi restaurant and you ask the chef to serve it your way

Won’t go back la. Food is good, don’t get me wrong. But they just give me the vibe that they are a young group of entrepreneur trying to set standard in the F&B industry by going with the “take it or leave it” approach; from the moment we stepped our foot in the restaurant. But like u said la. At least understand your customer’s needs. Elderly ppl when dining out, always need to drink something warm.

Why Heritage win?
They value their dough, i get to know they really proof their dough, and enough mature only use it to bake.

There's once i got the dough 1 day younger and they give me discount.
Im a person who bake bread, make sour dough, make pizza dough for wood oven pizza, just getting younger dough makes the pizza dough taste a lot different, and also affect the crust structure

One of their best, Lavender honey pizza, hands down.


CRUST, also ok, their crust and dough i give it 9/10, spongy soft dough crunchy crust, just that because they are pork free. then i didnt get to eat Parma ham pizza.

Both also good, just depends on your choice of toppings

I just came back from italy and honestly opinion is that our pizza is much more suited to theirs.

I prefer the Italian pizzas to those outside Italy. I choose quality vs variety

This is like western go change Malaysian dish recipe to suit their tastebud and end up ruin the dish

Good doesn't mean authentic, just like HK dimsum which so many people compliment but I still think our dimsum here suit local and taste better with more variety.

If its not authentic then its bad

It become worsened version from original like making rendang crispy
