I like Pizzeria Dihyang. But their restaurant has policies that is off putting to me.

I went with my parents and sister. First they don’t serve tap water and insist I get bottled water. I don’t mind paying. So I ordered bottled water. But when i asked for the bottled water to be warmed up for my parents, they say they don’t do that. Never went back there again, although the food was decent.

Go high end japanese sushi restaurant and you ask the chef to serve it your way
