suddenly cannot transfer out this morning, not even 5k
called customer service, nobody pick the phone

called, CS said security issue, sudah buka for me
wow 5k pun kena security issue, last time transfer 20k sekali pun ok


by the way, i was told transferring directly from Rize to Boostbank will have issue like fund not credited into boostbank but already deducted in Rize.

previously how do we resolve this kind of issue? Rize problem or the recipient bank problem?

aha.. I tested it now - transfer from Rize directly to Boost Bank.... stucked....luckily fund not deducted.

I called Rize CS to request increase duitnow limit, kena rejected

I didnt ask, the lady said cannot increase, maximum 50k only
