Yup i also kena haizzz dont know what their devops team doing. Didnt test then simply release app to update meh??? No testing at all ah? Then now app totally cannot open. Keep crashing only. Been a day already also dont know to rollback the update. Can complain to bnm already if so bad like this.

Regarding bank statements from old Rize account, I've email alrajhi and asked them about it and it seems that alrajhi has added an option to view past statements in the latest version of the app. At least for me on iOS, after clicking the MY alrajhi app thousands of times, sometime lucky then the app will launch. This is so dumb. It's like you have to win a lottery just to access your own money
