Is the OKU parking for OKU ppl who drive, or if OKU that is being assisted by others, can we park there?

OKU parking are for OKU drivers.
Officially thats the narrative.
Not for OKU passengers.
But as human beings we can be considerate.
its because sometimes people misuse it.


also, OKU sticker on car also if driver is OKU.
and to park at OKU parking have to show this sticker.

about the OKU toilet....i cant say much, it is for OKU, thats it.

i personally encountered similar things.
that time my kid was still a baby. went to baby room. locked. waited for a while.
knocked, no answer. so we keep knocking.

OKU parking spots are only for vehicles that have the OKU sticker. All other vehicles can kena saman. I found that out years ago the hard way as a volunteer driver for some physically-challenged people who had problems getting transport from their kampung to supermarket. What to do... I paid the saman the next day. Lesson learned.
