Yeah I think I'll watch Green Zone. Ebert gave it four stars. I may not agree with him all the time, but I can enjoy a good action thriller. I just hope it doesn't lay on the politics too thick.

3:10 to Yuma

I am a slow-poke, yes i know. Wanted to watch this movie for nearly 2 years but never had the chance until now. The greatest movie i have ever watched. 9.5/10 ratings. Highly recommend it. Mind-blowing, mind-blowing.

Truly a modern classics movie filled with superb acting by Russell Crowe & Christian Bale.

Well-balanced between heavy dialogue & excitements (action, humor, touchy).

Being a slowpoke again, the next movie i am gonna watch is Unforgiven.

And am looking to find The Missing. sad.gif

Public Enemies.

2nd time viewing. Umm, something's wrong with the movie... that made most people excluding me found it too boring. it could be boring because it's a remake of a remake of a true story but i find this movie interesting. Shaky-camera effects with none of the score can be heard during that particular scenes. Never a fan of Michael Mann because i have never watched his movie he directed before but i think he did well in Public Enemies.

Christian Bale's was a disappointment and Johnny Depp was brilliant.

7/10.

Taken

An under-rated movie but i thought the movie was going all too pacey. But anyway, Liam Neeson can pawn Matt Damon and Mark Welberg any Bond actor anytime.

7/10.

****Anyone has any review for Gands of New York and RocknRolla ? I noticed i'm addicted to western gangster movie now. LOL. And i have just got myself Inglourious Basterds's DVD.

It's Mark Wahlberg. And Liam Neeson cannot pawn Mark D:
He has stolen cars, has robbed a pharmacy. Has blinded some person. Has knocked a Vietnamese unconscious. And of course being a bad-ass rapper!

Don't let your imagination get ahead of you.  smile.gif

The Hurt Locker spoke to a lot of Americans (and other people in general, but we non-Americans don't quite get it because our soldiers are not fighting in Iraq), for its strong yet subtle message about the Iraq war, and probably because critics were looking for a decent Iraq movie after a string of so-so flicks. But that's my opinion.

Watch Gang of New York. It's deeper than what above said. At least we can read the news about US invade Iraq but Gang of New York is kinda hard. It was too 'American'.

Last Movie Watched: 40 Year Old Virgin. It's a damn hilarious movie but there's something wrong with the ending. Kidding or what? I thought Anger Management did better than that musical ending from 40 Year Old Virgin. But damn, the chest hair waxing scene really gets me. Hahaha 8/10 rating from me.

Inglourious Basterds. 9.5/10 (I don't know why 0.5 point missing lol)

Wahaha. Love this movie that much. The Basterds know that they are cruel to the Nazis and killing them brutally, but i don't think that they realize that they are funny. I laugh my ass off when they speaking and wearing Italian. LOL laugh.gif Brad Pitt as Aldo Raine, he was awesome especially with that accent. But Christoph Waltz as Colonel Hans Landa is even made more remarkable role. The movie is about plan but unlike Valkryie, i love this movie better.

Old Dogs 3/10.

I bought the DVD only to stop playing it at 00:57. 57 minutes and i struggled to find any best part to make me laugh even laugh from inside. Terrible movie.

RocknRolla 7/10.

Shit. The movie was fun.. and genuinely hillarious. Watch this movie if you want a different kind of 'crime' movie.

My favourite line is: "Now, if the slap don't work, you cut them or or you pay them, you keep your receipt because this ain't the Mafia, all right?" laugh.gif

Watched Atonement and oh my, the movie is so beautiful. Everybody could easily says this movie is too slow and boring but i didn't find it slow at all, and the movie is so detail and so beautiful with a twisted ending. May i add, this movie is also quiet touching, made me nearly cried.

Hate Briony so much, she has every reason to be hated, how her foolish acts made them two separated and died due to that, the only thing that i think she should be loved is because he tells the story and her reminisce. Ended up in so much misery the rest of her whole life.
