I just watched Grind. F@cking funny movie. The jackass Matt is one hell funny guy and jackass. You remember the part where Matt was violated by a lizard? I can't stop laughing LMAO. Then his reaction is: Actually i felt kinda good, haha.
When they got stranded in the middle of the desert where there was no sign of anyone else Dustin said: "Look, i think Jimmy Wilson coming out of the hill right now to give us a big deal, yep, there he is, oh look at that there is a sponsor, they got a scholarship for me, oh i am sorry, that is a mirage because we're in the MIDDLE OF THE DESERT!!!!" Then suddenly, Jimmy Wilson bus passes by.. This post has been edited by maxizanc: Jan 1 2009, 05:27 PM |

Anyone has any thought about "From Hell" movie starring Johnny Depp? This movie is about Jack the Ripper. Planning to buy the 50GB Dual Layer Blu-Ray Disc with DTS-HD-MA.
Hope it's worth it for Rm100 i'm going to spend. This post has been edited by maxizanc: Jul 29 2009, 11:24 PM |

QUOTE(Mov_freak @ Aug 2 2009, 12:56 AM) My view is this movie gave me the same feeling i had after watching Ice Age and Tropic Thunder. With a big smile in the end. It's a very hilarious movie. I rate a hilarious movie that high seriously. Even though how stupid the movie is.7/10 There is also an after credit scene where Marshall left an egg. An egg from the Land of the Lost and the studio crew laughing and saying "Hey look, Rick left his egg, hahaha"! Then the egg hatched an ugly wizard baby. lol. Anna Friel is hot maaeng! |

QUOTE(Mov_freak @ Aug 2 2009, 12:58 PM) After movies like Erin Brockovich and The Core, he played a relatively small role in The Missing (a farmhand to Cate Blanchett) who met a VERY gruesome death!! I donno, i think my brother borrowed it and forgot to return back or lost. What a waste.Did you loan the said movie to a friend or something?? Or have you looked under your mattress, could it be hidden under there with you magazines collection?????! |

Watched "The Rockers" just now. The movie is hilarious. But i think that the movie's storyline is un-original. Because it's remind me of "School of Rock". Anyway, i'm not really a fan of Rainn Wilson (who was also played as Sam's professor in Transformers 2) but he has some similarities to Jack Black except he's more slimmer than Jack Black. And i love Emma Stone, she's cute.

I just watched "the Mist". A movie based on Stephen King's novel. Damn, it was a very scary movie. People are scared. people are desperate. People did a terrible decision when they think the got it right. People did something good but turn out to be something terrible.
It has a very sad ending, but i recommend you to watch it for those who don't. Great storyline. Great actor/ess. CGI's were good. The director know how to scare people at the very perfectly timing. The director knows how to make the actor/ess looks scared and desperate. Added on August 6, 2009, 4:12 am QUOTE(navilink @ Oct 26 2008, 09:19 PM) The Mist - kinda stupid their actions (like the 'things' come in they just stood there like about 1 minute without doing nothing, watching the victim dragged away???) Dude, if it was you, were you dare enough to help the victim? This post has been edited by maxizanc: Aug 6 2009, 04:12 AM |

I watched Hulk just now on 1080p. I'd say wow, this time i really enjoyed Hulk so much. And i think i'm gonna embarrassed myself by saying Hulk is better than the Incredible Hulk (i rated the Incredible Hulk higher that Hulk before).
As same as the Dark Knight & Batman Begins this movie gave us a relatively relevant scientific reason about why 'this thing can do this' and 'why and how this thing can do this to him/her'. Just that Hulk is slightly missing about the villain (maybe because it's supposed to be a movie about Bruce Banner before he is a hulk). Eric Bana as Bruce Banner/Hulk was very effective than Edward Norton. Just one thing is, i don't really like the villain in this movie (which is his father) This post has been edited by maxizanc: Sep 10 2009, 11:19 PM |

QUOTE(QuickFire @ Sep 11 2009, 10:02 AM) ROFL. What did eminem say afterwards? Eminem's bodyguard beat him. And i heard that they're doing it on purpose. Eminem back to his hotel room and couldn't stop laughing for 2 hours. It's a wonder how so many people hate Ang Lee's Hulk and like the generic newer offering. However I think Nick Nolte was a fantastic villain. QUOTE(Mov_freak @ Sep 11 2009, 10:22 AM) I like Ang Lee's Hulk to. And this doesn't mean I didn't like Edward Norton portray of The Incredible Hulk. Well written bro.I think Ang Lee's hulk didn't work for many people because Hulk's origins was TOO complex (his daddy played around with his genes, then gave him nanities, which were dormant until he got fried by gamma radiation.....). What I especially like about Eric Bana's Hulk was the scene where the American Army was chasing after Hulk in the Desert and then what looks like the Grand Canyon (the gamma dogs were a little silly, though hard to film) What I love about Edward Norton's Incredible Hulk was the REALLY down on his luck scene, where he doesn't have readily access to money and have to beg in the streets of Mexico (more like the old TV series, minus Lou Ferrigno [who was in I Love You Man!! *Plug, Plug*]) and ending buying the PURPLE pants!! Wonder if Edward would come back for the Avenger movie... (don't think Eric Bana would touch this role again, and Edward had a huge fight with the production company during the editing process) Not just that, the CGI for Ang Lee's Hulk is better than Incredible hulk (cartoonish) But i disagree on the part of Edward Norton can play Hulk effectively. Bruce was supposed to turn into Hulk because of reactions like (pain, temper, remembering etc) which was very good with Bana, him being angry (before turn into Hulk) is scary. But what Edward Norton did there in Incredible Hulk is beside his BP clock showing 200 before turns, i couldn't see an angry reaction before he turns, he was like doing cutish thing and very soft. Couldn't see from his reaction that he is so angry.. This post has been edited by maxizanc: Sep 11 2009, 07:17 PM |

Potc trilogy is my favourite. However, i think Bloom and Knightly are the weakest part of the movies..

QUOTE(kobe24bryant @ Oct 21 2009, 01:55 AM) Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs - 2.5/5 The most unfunny and unentertaining animated flick I've seen since Shark's Tale. Ahhh, good. I guess it's my first time i've watched trailer of a movie that didn't impressive enough to attract me to watch it in cinema. I already could guess what the movie will look like after only watching the trailer. luckily you're telling me it's not good or else somebody will come up asking something like 'why you judge a movie before watching?' etc. |
