the reason for the road tax is to build, improve and maintain the infrastructure..( unless i am mistaken).. so the heavier the vehicle, the chances of damage is higher… take lorries as an example… but because of public services, their taxes won’t be too high… if for private vehicles, am sure it’s high..
coming back to EV, i think the cc vs weight should be taken into account while computing…
