Just posting this as an advice,any singapore company that tries to bond you beware if your performance is not up to expectation you will be also kicked out. The bond only prevent one party from leaving which is the employee. And if you breach the bond the consequences might be 3 month salary in sgd. Especially certain accounting firms are practicing this. If you are chinese will be easier to get another job.
