from uncle's experience...once above 30 age, metabolisme seems slowed down by a lot...when approached 40, the weight seems like take forever to drop but can increase in a blink of chicken rice or beer =.="

he managed to sell such rate by using mixed rice profit to cover....

once got the volume, then easier to get cheaper rate from supplier...base on economy of scale...

but again, this only possible by having large student base customers...
