This is the answer. But to add:All developers appoint a Main Con to build, so it depends on the their tender award criteria, safety, quality, min standards etc.
But a developer with a strong brand, good reputation and solid financial strength has more to lose with Post VP issues. Ultimately these developers will try to resolve issues as fast as possible.
