The parking lot that you own is belongs to you. you can rent it out at whatever price that you like. The RM150 lots that the JMB are renting out are those extra common area parking lots. Normally it is use to generate extra income for the sinking fund or topup to the maintenance fund.
You can always join the AGM and propose to raise the parking lot rent fee to RM250.
