My house is like 1km plus to Jaya grocer, 2.5km to aeon, and these were one of my pulling factors.

Gardens Park appeared in the Edge today. Pretty much: 1 houses in GP here will be indiv titled and aimed at young people, so mass start up homes. GG will still be positioned as luxe/high end. Gamuda will assist buyers later to set up RA, fencing etc 2. GP will have some commercial plots. 3. The access from GP to aeon will be done. 4. GP and GG will be linked via treelined landscapes. They did hint at a bigger commercial intent at the Luge (basically Gamuda Gardens City Centre) but this GGCC is conspicously missing from the article. Gamuda used to use this term a lot in the earlier years. Smaller plan now for GGCC perhaps? The online article (link below) only has prelim of the GP story. Really think Gamuda needs to bring more basic amenities quickly before they launch GP. 7 years since GG launch, there is still no petrol station in GG. They removed it. Now the petron banner is back but says open in 2025. I suppose its to time with the opening of Gardens Square. Anyway jaya grocer, coffee joints, chill places will be comin soon in 2025 when gardens square opens.

Hello,
Anyone else looking at this side (freehold GP vs leasehold GG).
Found out they will soon launch the commercial lot that is next to Astor. Are they heading to the right direction this time (i.e., to have commercial VP together with the residential units) rather than to launch several residential phases before commercial lots like the case of GG?
The artist's impression of the ring park looks great but wonder how similar the actual results will be-if one were to guess based on their past records?
Hope to hear some inputs from sifus and residents of GG.

If u r buying from developer which will. Complete 2 year later and move in 1 year after VP I think by the time amenities will be ok. Even gp shop is empty u can come to gg or anggun
