I also got offer for SAMM, but after Survey, this location not worth it. Rental not good, Resales also not easy, and still have upcoming New Project, so will be very compartative.

I only will Consider Location Damansara, Bangsar, Subang, Sunway, SS15, SS16, SS2, Desa Park City, Cheras Velocity, Mont Kiara. hahaha
