Freehold is getting very limited nowadays too and somehow for freehold project, developer will impose more “premium” on the selling price too.

Indeed. Hence the intention of acquiring and personal preference comes into the picture.

Just wonder what’’a their indicative date of launching this? If not mistaken; they going to launch their development in Sentul too but no news up to date.

they even have rumah selangorku in there. look like a good project for the price, the location also close to stadium and the upcoming lrt. developer well established.

not sure shah alam property price. worth for investment?

I got offered the SAMM unit under rumah selangorku, 550 sq feet for the price of after discount RM 253,800.

A bit small unit and the MRT also a bit far for walking distance

I also got offer for SAMM, but after Survey, this location not worth it. Rental not good, Resales also not easy, and still have upcoming New Project, so will be very compartative.

I only will Consider Location Damansara, Bangsar, Subang, Sunway, SS15, SS16, SS2, Desa Park City, Cheras Velocity, Mont Kiara. hahaha

I work in Shah Alam, that is the reason I was contemplating to buy the unit, until now not decided yet. the price is cheaper compared to Elmira and location wise not so bad. But the unit is quite small for small family
