Why no one cooked biryani like this in bazaar , Ramadhan ?

This kind of biryani actually can make good money, cook on the spot at the location.
I only see colourful rice packed separately with kuah daging/ayam. Bought once but didn't like it as the rice is either dry and kuah is sweet to my liking.
Maybe some ktards here should try making one and sell in bazaar, easy money and people will come back for more.

This is very easy to make good money. But well, hard for indians to sell in bazaar, the halal certification can be trouble some and people might not buy also
