This kind of biryani actually can make good money, cook on the spot at the location.

I only see colourful rice packed separately with kuah daging/ayam. Bought once but didn't like it as the rice is either dry and kuah is sweet to my liking.

Maybe some ktards here should try making one and sell in bazaar, easy money and people will come back for more.

tak ada sape nak tunggu kau ambil masa 1jam memasak hidangan "live" di bazar ramadan.

bila kau habis, orang dah solat terawih masuk rakaat ke-79.
*
Then start cooking at 4 pm. Cook finish by 4.30

if cook like this... and nons know about it... scare later all nons serbu... i mean... nothing wrong with that... money is money
*
This is very easy to make good money. But well, hard for indians to sell in bazaar, the halal certification can be trouble some and people might not buy also

QUOTE(Mr Mercedes @ Mar 20 2024, 08:18 PM)
Easier to just cook all in one pot, put in container, bring to site and sell.
*
Can also but wont be fresh la.

Because the clean up would be a pain in the ass, specially on bazaar site where theres not even clean water source nowadays
*
Huh ? The gravy that they cooked and pack is equally the same la. I am sure they managed to clean it somehow.

Anyway I am not imposing this on any one. Just thought it would been great if someone try it out

Even mamak cooks biryani and damn, finish so fast

I think the Malay nasi minyak serve during wedding also very nice. Always amazing how they can cook a big pot and get the water ratio right. The rice is fragrant, nice and fluffy.
