I believe Plot A too is the best. And closer to Jalan Tun Razak. If Sunway have to wait for traffic light at the junction Jalan Cochrane/Jalan Shelly

Plot B better, multi access. Easier to enter or exit as there frequently jam up. Unlikely entrance will be to Jln cochrane or shelley, should be 2 access to the small roads.That is why they dug up the road and did some underground piping and drainage.

My quick view...
Plot A -
Pro: Nearest to MRT entrance. Closer to Velocity. Best target those tenant profiles for Velo. Need to use the walking tunnel to Mytown.
Con: May take a little longer to drive home compared to plot B

Plot B -
Pro: Cars have better access. Good for drivers. Shorter walking distance to Mytown(may need umbrella if raining)
Con: Behind got PPR. Further from MRT entrance.

I’m looking to purchase a property for investment and have been considering Sunway Velocity 3 (3R2B). Should I wait for Sunway Cochrane or just go ahead with SV3?

My comparison is merely a quick response to another forumer asking about the two yellow plots.

Sunway's plot (red) is another level. Premium la...

What l am more interested is the current car park in between plot A and plot C(Sunway's red plot).
Any insight on what this place will be? Any developer bought it?

Yup.....Under the carpark is actually the MRT stn itself.

Safe to build over MRT? Low rise maybe like 3 storey shops. Parcel seems a bit small for any big development.
