USJ 5 and USJ 11 are definitely the prime areas of USJ.

If you can afford it, I would highly recommend for you to stay there with your family.

It's near LRT stations, there's taipan for your F&B and other necessities, close to a number of private schools and universities and you can access it through Kesas or Federal.

But at the end of the day its really up to you, if you prefer Setia Alam then by all means go for it
