update on my touch panel issue
1. raise ticket in LG site 2025-08-03
2. nobody contact me until 2025-08-08
3. raise message to ceo via LG site
4. same day evening, someone call me, i miss it
5. on 2025-08-11, someone call again, same number, i answer, the person receive my message to ceo, promise will escalate my issue to technical support
6. on 2025-08-14, LG technician call me, arrange to come over and replace touch panel
7. on 2025-08-16, touch panel get replaced (<10 minutes)
summary after getting chit chat with the LG technician, any issue for subscription can directly call them

they can assist in lodge case and get the faulty part replace
