for self service 7 years plan
since is 6months filter replace
let say the orange indicator appear around 4-5th month of usage, can we get LG to send new filter earlier, is it FOC? or we have to pay for the cost since it only allow filter change every 6months?

is current promo rm50/month for 518 model and then if i have coway water filter to trade in will further discount rm10 become rm40/month for 7 years?

anyone facing the touch button no respsone at all?
and i notice the cold led only one bar, normally 3 bar
touch to select volume no response
touch to select hot temp no reponse
basically all touch from the image is no response sweat.gif

just the dispense button works

facing this few months ago but i power off and on back it usually okay
try to hold and touch those for >3 seconds also no response

the touch button for outlet and inlet sterilization is working

mine is almost 3 years, subscribe for the 7 years self care plan
wonder is this touch panel issue will cover by warranty? hmm.gif

create a suppor ticket last Saturday via LG site, until today nobody contact me yet sweat.gif

felt recently the LG support very lame, recent 2 cartridge replacement also slow by 4-5 weeks.... wonder is it business expanded, lack of workers

update on my touch panel issue

1. raise ticket in LG site 2025-08-03
2. nobody contact me until 2025-08-08
3. raise message to ceo via LG site
4. same day evening, someone call me, i miss it
5. on 2025-08-11, someone call again, same number, i answer, the person receive my message to ceo, promise will escalate my issue to technical support
6. on 2025-08-14, LG technician call me, arrange to come over and replace touch panel
7. on 2025-08-16, touch panel get replaced (<10 minutes)

summary after getting chit chat with the LG technician, any issue for subscription can directly call them sweat.gif they can assist in lodge case and get the faulty part replace
