Undelivered Water Purifier Filter. On 30th May 2025, I confirmed both the early delivery date and the correct delivery address which was scheduled for delivery on 4th June 2025. However, as of today, I have yet to receive the item. I also contacted the customer service team and was informed that the item has not been dispatched. the filter replacement indicator light on my LG water purifier has turned yellow and has been reminding me to replace the filter for almost a week now. I've also written three complaint through the LG Voice with the LG President, but the issue still has not been resolved.

Yes, LG service sucks. Should've stick with Cuckoo.
