It takes few months after the SMS... i received the SMS on May, and the thing arrived in July.

So.. be prepare for the slow service.

Another issue with LG is their service network and service team which is not big as coway or cockoo..

Have issue after installing the filter... so i made 2 email support, made 2 calls to service center...

they say will call me back when contacted the technician. But after 1 week already... and there is no one follow up.
