Hi, I using wd 518 my filter need change earlier than expected like 2 months earlier I called LG, they say will send filter but more than 1 week d belum send. How long ah they take to send the filter?

This will be my first time changing filter.
took 7 years rental option.

Just got my replacement today, as my filter is before 6 months it wont be from post laju, it will be from technician but no charge they can deliver to you or help you install altho I took the self service plan.
Technician explained that if before 6 months LG HQ cant send u direct they have to go through their technicians to send the filter.
