22nd May LG sent me SMS to confirm address, but till now havent received new filters till my Puricare button become brown liao.

I understand filter can use until 1.8k liter, now i'm at 1.3k+ liter. But LG should send on time right? No updates from them via SMS or email after I confirmed my address via that SMS link.

Bro why LG water filter late again this month? They suppose to send middle of this month but till now no tracking number via WhatsApp.

I called LG support they say got some issues at their logistics side. Can you help to expedite? They say can use another 20% more after see the light but I have household of 5 ppl. Water also start to taste funny already.

Agree they better fix their filter delivery rather than keep use the excuse “can use another 20%”. They breaking our trust only by doing this. Seems to be on purpose for them to cut cost. This is second time happened to me already.

But majority of my customers are still getting their filters on time

EDIT: Received update that recent delays are due to stock taking exercise at LG HQ
