Mistakenly bought 4 MC7 (225 50 R17) and used for a week through super hot and heavy rain days.
The grip is definitely better than my previous UC6;
UC6 never skid on turns but had some power loss due to slip (traction control) when accelerating from 0kmph on wet road. MC7 never skid/ power loss from slip.
MC7 road noise is quite noticeable.
MC7 treadwear can see clearly not going to last longer than my old UC6 :'(
Probably a good tyre for fun drive in cars with higher horse power.
For daily/ family car, or in my case, long distance driving, i think better get UC7 because UC7 is around RM50 more expensive per tyre (on Shopee).
how i got my tyres:
i went to conti official outlet, ordered tyres from shopee official conti store, they install the tyres they have in stock so i dont have to wait for my tyres to arrive.
how i mistakenly bought MC7 instead of UC7:
my gf ordered the tyres on her shopee because i had to work on my laptop at the time. when i checked on her, she completed payment already
