Hello,
Just want to ask, i resigned from a company at around Sept 2023 last year. Now all these years i don't need to file for income-tax because doesn't exceed the required amount to file. But every year i do get an EA form from the company.
Now my question is, this year 2024 should i be getting an EA form from them? Because knowing my company which HQ is based in Damansara, and where i work is East Malaysia (SABAH). Even if they provide they'll courier it to a staff which they made an HR but not officially HR if viewing her official job contract. (HR jadi-jadian)
And this "staff" wouldn't contact the ex-staff punya, and because i'd like to protect all my p&c stuff inside, just want to know by ur experience, does a former company must provide u with the EA form?

Yes. I received my EA and PCB form from ex employer thru email je. Easy

Just contact them and they will generate the EA form for you. I have received similar as well in the past with different companies.
